Dear Friends,
Here we are back again for another go on the circle of life. May
2007 begin and end very well for you. This is the time of year when
yearly predictions are made, people create new goals and feel as
if they can begin anew. The reality is we can create new goals every
day because every day is a new beginning.
When working with numbers and cycles, it is natural to look at
such a large turn of events as a New Year to see what the year or
the number 2007 represents. In Numerology we look at the compound
and single digit numbers. 2007 represents the number Universal Year.
The year of completion. Amen.
This 9 Universal Year is actually a completion of what we have
been doing as a collective group since 1999. If you can trace back
to that year, we were on the brink of beginning a new millennium.
Do you remember the fear that was going on in our society at that
time? There was a great deal of hoopla over Y2K. Would everything
that is computerized crash? I remember people stocking water and
other provisions for the inevitable crash or worse. There was a
great deal of wringing of hands and individuals making a handsome
profit due to others fears.
Now when we go back in time we can see more clearly the progress
we have or have not made. Going back to 1999 really shows you in
your own personal life how much has happened, how quickly it has
happened and how much you have changed. The completion of these
last 9 years is what 2007 is about. Taking this to a global prospective,
it is the ending of the beginning of the new millennium. Hang on
to the ride because it will gain speed and carry you along with
it for the next 9 years. That new beginning starts in 2008. In the
meantime, 2007 is intended for us to collectively clean up loose
ends from this beginning and to become more comfortable with the
energy of the number 2. We have 992 years left of this number to
get comfortable with it and to learn what it has to teach us. It
has to do with partnership, cooperation, patience, the feminine,
persuasion (instead of force) and much more. All of these qualities
are going to be strengthened within us. It doesn't look like it
is or feel like it is, but it is.
Do not be fooled by the gut-wrenching headlines of world events.
Change that is lasting takes long cycles of time and the birthing
process can be very scary looking. Areas of neglect are being called
into light and from that awareness come healing and change. It takes
time (patience), cooperation (dialogue), partnership (interdependence),
feminine (wisdom) and persuasion (peace). If the world and its leaders
have little experience in these areas then they will be taught and
trained until they learn it. We have 992 years to get it. Mother
Earth will get rid of her drones (those who keep reincarnating here
but never changing) and cleansing herself of negativity (fires,
floods, earthquakes etc.) until the energy here balances with the
cycle in which she functions.
Enough of that.
For the juicy part of 2007, I'll put a toe tip in the water of
predictions and expect:
Interest rates to be lower. It will be a window of opportunity
before they go back up again. I would expect this perhaps as early
as late January but probably more like spring. Pay attention if
you are planning to refinance. The window of opportunity is not
that long or as long as the last lowering cycle so do not compare
the short-term lowering with the series of lowered rates in 2003
and 2004. Of course, if there is some major world calamity, that
would change the outlook.
Regarding the housing market, it is and always has been, a local
issue. There can be an increase in sales or price in one part of
a city and a decrease in another. Overall, I expect it to be sluggish
but a good buying period. Bargain and the world bargains with you.
Don't be afraid to ask, even if the agent tells you it is too low.
Have courage if you have been waiting to buy, gain knowledge in
this area and make your offers.
Boys and Young Men, God love them, I have three sons and three
grandsons, will be the forefront of societal needs. This was a worldwide
trend that started back in 2004 and continues to 2024. Boys and
young men around the world will need our attention. They are getting
it already through gangs, suicide bombers, soldiers, insurgents.
It is called the period in the Chinese Jupiter periods and it relates
to the young male. The prior 20 year period was the young female
period. More money, time and attention will be directed to this
area, particularly in the area of education. Education and awareness
is they key.
I could go on and on with the global and local trends but it is
easier to state that it is imperative that we learn to think intelligently,
act intelligently and to be conscious of our own behavior. Are you
getting anywhere, are you moving forward or are you flopping around
like a beached fish, making a lot of movement but going nowhere.
It is a time for honesty with oneself and 2007 is a great time
to practice it. The payoff is a great deal of peace.
