Are you enjoying the month of August? Here in the Northern Hemisphere we are enjoying warm days, an abundance of summer fruits and vegetables and the last days of vacation schedules. It appears that it is still a time of holiday or slower pacing. However, it is the 8th month of the year and that is harvest time - literally and figuratively. We should not be asleep at the switch. This is a great month to get many things moving and scheduled for the reaping of your harvest. I like to suggest vacations in July and prepare in August for your fall activities. Make achievements one of your aims for this month. Don't be duped by the mantra that "everyone is out of town so I might as well coast during this month".

One of the events about to affect all our lives is a Saturn transit that will begin its stay in the sign of Virgo. We all are about to be taught new lessons in health habits and learning to become more detailed in our work. Things are about to get more serious. That begins on Labor Day weekend, September 2nd and continues until mid July of 2010. You are beginning to see the signs of it:
Health related issues with the release of the film "Sicko"
Recall of dangerous food products from China
Financial institutions tightening up their credit and creating more detail work to quality for loans.

For those of you who follow the grain markets, these will definitely be an area of concern. Expect to see either shortages of them or some type of disease concerning grains. We all will be learning to eat healthier and to read the label of what we are eating. This can be a wonderful habit to adopt so you get the chance to do this beginning next month. It is long overdue and necessary to be healthy and productive. I believe our health care system will begin its overhaul beginning this September. We'll also take a look at our "industrial farming practices".

Getting back to the number 8 and its powerful quality, it holds the secret to balance. The power of polarity is contained within it. It is the consciousness which spans heaven and earth and has the ability to pull from the unseen into the seen world - the world of manifestation. During this 8th month practice the laws of manifestation. Pay attention to what you pay attention to.

2)WILLARD MITT ROMNEY

Here we have the same scenario as most of our current candidates and our current president. The good old "6" destiny number. I find it remarkable that so many of them have the same number. This means that they think they all know what is best for us as well as the need to promote their "cause". Behind every "6" destiny is a cause i.e. "Save the Whales" etc.

The interesting quality of Willard (Mitt), born March 12, 1947 (the year most of these candidates have in common) is that he does have a strong humanitarian side. He has a "9" life path so he really does understand humanity at a very deep level. In addition, this man is very, very intuitive. He can be almost prophetic. I have never met him and find him rather bland but my sense is he is very charismatic, great to look and a very good sales person. He does know how to market himself. What he is lacking is "fire" and "verve".

Smart goes without saying, the man is smart and I honestly think he wants the position to improve humanity in some way. There is a naïve quality in this chart though and I don't think he will be able to cut the mustard in foreign areas. He also doesn't show the confidence he needs in speech giving. He has a Soul Number 1 which is an indication of wanting to be his own boss. He is polished and smart but he has some poor transits about to enter his life this fall and I think his prospects of winning the nomination will fall apart. Actually if I was to sit down and talk to this gentleman I would recommend he start a worldwide organization that benefits humanity and oversee that. He has the desire, the money and the network to make that grow very big. I think he will go back to the business world and be philanthropic.

3)VIEW FROM THE FREEWAY

I talk more and more about the rise of Aquarian Age in many of my programs. We may not be aware of its qualities but we, nevertheless, experience them all the time. We are learning how to combine the collective with the individual. How does the Mom and Pop coffee shop exist with the large Starbucks? How do we allow the rights of the protestor and the cause being protested? These are very fast paced times where change is being conducted at lightening speed. It is electrifying and will continue to pick up more speed.

As we begin the design of new social contracts for our society, be aware that your voice is important. The old industrial order here in America is fading away. The laws and agreements born of that era are in flux. There is much anxiety and fear as people cling to leaky lifeboats. It is a time for thinking, paying attention, simplifying your every day lives, learning was is important versus what is urgent and taking very wise care of yourself. You will be called upon to use your intuition and your mind to make decisions now. We are creating an Era of Humanity where we are beginning to see the entire connectedness of it all and that we will be dependent upon global markets as much as domestic. It is the dawn of the New Renaissance I speak of in my lectures. An event 500 years in the making. We have gone from the printing press of the last Renaissance to the Internet and mindfulness. Just think how far we are going to go during these next 500 years.

You are part of this incredible expansion of humanity, breakdowns in old superstitions and beliefs, rise in new family structures, extreme technological advances that will one day free mankind from the yoke of slave labor and drudgery. It is not pretty in the beginning but give it another 50 to 100 years and you will see how important this period was. Don't let fear and anger motivate you in your important decisions.

We have come from the Divine Intelligence (God, Allah etc.) and it will benefit us all if we think and act intelligently.
